ReFit Privacy Policy

ReFit ("the app") is provided by Bradshaw Automation. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), and the display name you choose.
• Content you create — photos, voice recordings and their transcriptions, written notes, parts and teardown documentation, and the labels/QR codes you record while using the app.
• Basic usage data — information needed to operate the app, such as which account created or changed a record.

How we use it

We use this information solely to provide and operate the app — to store your documentation, sync it across your shop's account, and let your team access the records they are permitted to see. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored using Supabase, our database and hosting provider, on secured infrastructure. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app, and only as needed to do so.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account). This permanently removes your login and personal account data. Documentation that belongs to your shop's shared records may be retained by the shop so its work history stays intact.

Children

ReFit is a tool for tradespeople and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
